Yes, during the beta. Every tester also gets 5 free uses of the AI Architect. If we ever introduce paid options, such as extra AI uses, we'll tell you clearly beforehand. What you've built stays yours either way.

Visit the Join the Beta page. You request to join a small tester group with the Gmail address on your Android phone, we approve you, and then you opt in and install from the Play Store. Places are limited.

No. Keystone runs on your device by default. Two things need a connection: the AI Architect, and Google Drive backup if you choose it. Building manually, placing bricks, tracking progress and backing up to your phone all work offline.

Not unless you want the AI Architect. Building your blueprint manually, placing bricks and tracking progress work with no sign-in at all. The Architect asks you to sign in with Google, only to keep count of your AI uses. Your account is never sent to the AI. Only the text you type to the Architect is.

Each time you send a message to the AI Architect, whether it's your first request or a revision, it uses one of your free uses. If a request fails for any reason, the use is returned to you.

Your pillars, bricks, journal and history live on your phone. We can't see them. Nothing leaves your device unless you choose it: text you type to the AI Architect is sent to Google's Gemini to generate suggestions, and Google Drive backup saves a file to a private area of your own Drive. No ads, no tracking. Read the full details in the privacy policy.

After you set up your temple, Keystone asks where to keep a backup. Google Drive saves to your own Drive, so you're covered even if your phone is lost or broken. This device saves a file to your Downloads/Keystone folder, which survives reinstalling the app but not a lost phone. Or skip it and back up manually from Settings whenever you like.

A small widget that shows your temple and how many bricks you've laid today, right on your phone's home screen. Tap it to jump into the app. To add it, open Settings in Keystone and tap Home-screen widget, or press and hold an empty spot on your home screen, choose Widgets, and drag the Keystone Temple widget onto your first home screen page. Nothing drastic. Keystone forgives one missed day a week automatically, so a single lapse doesn't erase your streak. Beyond that, missing a day just means placing your next brick whenever you're ready.

Yes, that's what pillars are for. Many builders use three, such as Body, Mind and Craft. A cricketer might use Technique, Fitness and Mental Game. A musician might use Practice, Repertoire and Performance. Each pillar has its own bricks and goals, tracked together. See the Blueprints page for examples.

You can reset and rebuild your blueprint at any time. Anything you've already completed stays safe in your Hall of Records. Starting over never erases what you've already built.

Data on your phone is deleted when you uninstall the app, or when you clear its storage. A Drive backup can be deleted from your Google account's Drive settings. To have the AI-use record tied to your Google account removed, email founder@keystoneapp.life from that address.
