Keystone Blueprints | Builder Framework

Start With a Blueprint

Every strong structure begins with a clear design.

In Keystone, a blueprint defines:

• your pillars    • the bricks that strengthen them    • the direction of your growth

You can design your own blueprint from scratch, or start with one of the examples below and adapt it to your life.

How to Adapt This to Your Own Goal

Start with your goal in one sentence. Then ask: what 2-3 things, done repeatedly, would actually move me toward it?

Say your goal is "I want to run a half-marathon in 6 months." That might break down into:

Endurance → Long run, once a week — Goal: 20 long runs in 180 days
Strength → Strength training, twice a week — Goal: 48 sessions in 180 days
Recovery → Stretching or mobility work, daily — Goal: 150 sessions in 180 days

Notice these pillars aren't Body/Mind/Craft — they're specific to this one goal. Pillars don't have to follow the examples above; they just need to be the handful of areas that genuinely support what you're building toward.

Not sure how to break your goal down? The AI Architect inside the app will do this translation with you — describe your goal in your own words, and it drafts the pillars and bricks for you to adjust.

Make It Your Own

These blueprints are starting points.

Your life is unique.

Your pillars may look different. Your bricks may evolve over time. Your goals will change as you grow.

Keystone gives you the flexibility to design a structure that works for you.

Build Your Blueprint

Use these examples as inspiration—or start fresh. You can create your blueprint manually, or use the AI Architect inside the app.

Either way, the process is simple:

Define your pillars  →  Choose your bricks  →  Start placing them

Begin Building

You don't need the perfect blueprint to begin.

You only need the first brick.
